Yes certainly. As long the vouchers fulfil the criteria and valid before the expiry date. The vouchers are only valid for our online shop. You may use them at the checkout to redeem your discounts.

Products

By all means. They follow strict procedures from our manufacturers to ensure the quality and safety are met within the production lines. And official government organisations consistently ensure our manufacturers and our warehouses are compliant. We also ensure the food is stored safely at optimum temperature and to shipped to you fresh, fast and secure.

We strive to deliver fresh food products to you as soon as you have placed an order. We purchase directly from our manufacturer and only stock to keep up with demand. So once goods come to our warehouse they usually get shipped to you and our customers instantly. This also allows you to have your products with longer best before date.

Our core policy is to only purchase from our manufacturers for various reasons. Buy at minimum price and pass those savings to you. And order fresh and deliver you only fresh food. Above all outstanding quality and trust delivered from us and our manufacturer to your door.

Orders

Once the order process has been completed we will send you an automatic confirmation by email to confirm everything. In case you do not receive this email, please contact us at; sales@unigrocer.com.

Please visit our online shop via the home page or through the drop downs in categories, brands and sales options. Once you have selected the items you like and added them to the cart. Click on the cart button on the top right corner or use the ‘buy now’ fast action button to go to the check out. Enter the requested information at check out process, once paid and you have received a confirmation email. Just sit back and relax we will get it to your door as soon as possible.

In case you need to change your name or delivery address, you may do so by contacting us as soon as possible at; sales@unigrocer.com.
We will do our best to modify the given information, depending on stage of the order process. You will be contacted back by our support team for any changes.

We recommend you cancel within 6-12 hours of the order time. Also it can only be cancelled if your order has not been dispatched. We recommend you contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to receive full refund at; sales@unigrocer.com.

Payments

Unigrocer works with secured payment partners that offer, credit card, direct bank transfer & Paypal payments.

We will automatically send you an invoice via email. We avoid sending invoices with the shipping to save costs and reduce excess use of paper. We are an ‘Eco-Friendly’ company doing our part to go green.

Once you have placed an order and completed the payments. You should automatically receive a notification mail from us to say you have paid for the goods. If you feel that you are not sure of this please contact us at; support@unigrocer.net.

Shipping

We offer a competitive rate through our shipping partners based on size and weight of the goods ordered. Costs vary also on how fast you may want the shipping delivered and to where in Europe.

We ship to Germany and all EU countries. Please see the rates and availability of shipping and it’s costs under ‘Shipping’ in the ‘Policies’ section.

Yes absolutely, we ship to all the German islands. Costs incurred can be slightly higher and expect any delays for these areas. Please ‘Shipping’ under the ‘Policies’ section for estimate costs.

Currently we do not offer the service of shipping to countries outside the EU. Due to customs and regulations we are not able to take on risks that would pose damages and hidden charges on our perishable goods. However, we can ship to a recommended member you suggest who would then be able to re-ship to you at your own risk.

Once you have placed your order, we will notify you with an email confirming the dispatch of your order. With this information you will receive a link to track and trace the shipping through out it’s journey. If you do not have this information from us sent, please contact us at; sales@unigrocer.com.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the services to directly pick up your order at Unigrocer yet. However, we are working to open up this option for having it available in the near future.

We are an environmental friendly company. We use recycled paper materials. They can be disposed of easily into waster paper for recycling again.
