Returns & Refunds
Please read our returns and refund policy in order to qualify the criteria and reduce any misunderstanding between ‘us’, ‘we’ (Unigrocer) and ‘you’ (customer).
You may return the items within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to refund or exchange the goods as per your wish. We are also happy to cover the shipping charges for the return shipment, if it qualifies for the following criteria;
- If the ordered products do not correspond to the ordered goods.
- If the ordered products are damaged before receiving &/or upon opening.
- You must send us an email within 14 days of the concerns by written &/ or photos to: email@example.com.
- Should you wish to return the products within 14 days for any other reasons. We are not liable for the return costs. Please email us with the concerns and we will forward you the return shipping address; firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For full refund the ordered articles must be present and returned in their original shape or form. We recommend you pack and seal them in a protective cardboard box.
*Note; We are not responsible for the cost or refund of any cardboard box purchased by you to return the goods.
Instructions for refunding the value of the ordered goods.
If you meet the above criteria for the refund, we would request your bank details to credit your account. Under the data protection act we do not store your personal &/ or Bank information. We normally refund the credit values back to your original form of payment, (credi card or Paypal).
